London’s original burger restaurant Hache has something rather spesh on the menu this month. The restaurant which opened its first outlet in Camden nearly 10 years ago and produces top notch 100% Prime Scotch beef steak burgers, now has four branches across the capital and welcomes new addition, The Cheese Squeeze to the menu. This is a 6oz Scotch beef burger stuffed with smoked cheese, topped with caramelised onions and served on a bed of umami mushroom ketchup. It’s a Jeez Louise kind of cheese squeeze.
Luckily we were in the mood to tackle it but watch out for that burst of cheese as it oozes through the burger…oh it will get you! It’s not one for the calorie conscious…maybe it wasn’t a good idea to get a milkshake, but who are we kidding, we had The Cheese Squeeze and now we feel EPIC.
Head down to one of their four restaurants in Camden, Clapham, Shoreditch or Chelsea and try it on for size.
