Kitchen has teamed up with Street Vin to create Rotorino, a restaurant and wine bar bringing southern Italian cooking, wines and a warm east London welcome to Kingsland Road.

We’re eyeing up the whole Sasso Chicken with ricotta and T-bone Steak which you can share around the restaurants 24-seater communal table. As well as these grilled dishes, there’s also an intriguing-sounding Spleen Sandwich starter and Fried Pasta dessert.

And you can say Ciao to gimmick-filled cocktail lists; Rotorino is keeping things simple with a selection of wines (half Italian, half from around the world) chosen by Ruth Spivey, who you’ll recognize from the Street Vin wine stall, seen popping up at Hawker House night market over the winter, and soon to be back this summer at Street Feast Dalston Yard. Set to be the best-stocked Italian wine bar in east London, the no-reservations bar will be open for drop-ins for a glass of wine and a bite to eat in the evenings Monday through to Sundayand for brunch and lunch over the weekend.

Rotorino opens Thursday 10th April
