brunch menu at Dalston’s White Rabbit is kicking us into spring. The restaurant smoke, cure, pickle, brine and churn with the change in seasons and this inspiration is played out in their offerings. From the fry up with it’s streaky bacon and black pudding to the smashed avocado, buffalo ricotta and tomatoes on toast there’s plenty to suit those who may be feeling meaty, veggie or just plain greedy.

Our particular favourite was the gin and beetroot cured salmon, eggs, hollandaise and spinach on toast, it’s posh grub without being pretentious and decent sized portions too. Order a brew and check out the royal mugs…
