big fans of Blue Tit, which started life as independent salon in Dalston and became so popular they are setting up new joints all over London Town. We swung by the Clapton site to check out the second branch and have our mop tamed.

The Clapton salon is a lot like the Dalston branch, with stripped back interiors and a vintage feel. The hairdressers are a trendy bunch, the products they use are Davines – which if you don’t know are some of the best hair products around – they know their stuff. We rocked up a week early but they still managed to squeeze us in. Mega points, especially as we visited on a busy Friday evening.

We went from consultation to wash, chop and blow dry in four seamless steps and walked out with some seriously shiny locks. Blue Tit have nailed the art of running a hair salon…we have a feeling we’ll be seeing more set up shop soon. Check them out soon.
