Market is changing, first up we announced the re-opening of the refurbed Cat and Mutton in Spring and now we have news of Hill & Szrok Master Butcher & Cookshop. Opening in March, the venue will operate as a traditional butchers by day, and then as night falls the transform into a dining space.

Diners will be involved in all stages of their meal; selecting their cut of meat by weight and watching it cook. We had a sneak peek at the menu, with starters such as roast carrot, pickled onion, walnuts and Buckingham White and mains like Dorset Downs Butterflied leg of lamb to share and Galloway on the bone sirloin it’s looking good people.
