No this isn’t some shabby back street pop up in Dalston, it’s the new venture from Matt Whiley the brain child of the Talented Mr Fox, who is taking up residency in the bar at One Leicester Street. The Talented Mr Fox will put the quirk in quirky with concoctions combining expertise and invention, playing tricks to the eyes and taste buds. Imagine a crystal clear bloody Mary and yes there actually will be a cocktail served in a mini wheelie bin…with a little surprise element, the drink is served with a mini plastic bag labeled ‘bin juice’, add it to the mix and drink away. We’re not talking rubbish…check it out, things should be in full swing early October.
