Clash are immortalised as a cult staple of music history. In celebration of the ‘London Calling’ punk heroes a pop-up shop ‘Black Market Clash’ is scheduled to open it’s doors next month.

Berwick Street in Soho is the chosen location for the shop, which will also act as an exhibition housing instruments, manuscripts and other rare memorabilia. Opening it’s doors to the public on 7th September after a special launch event attended by the band, the stores arrival coincides with the release of ‘The Clash Hits Back’ and the ‘Sound System’ box sets.

Recently surrounding Joe Strummers birthday, renowned artists such as Green Day, Johnny Marr and Frank Turner have paid tribute to the iconic vocalist, proving the bands effect on the industry and society today. Don’t hang around because the exhibition will shut up shop on Sunday 22nd September.
