so many gin events happening in the city how do you know which ones to visit? Well you read this blog that’s how! The latest gin garden that has popped up on our radar is in the forecourt of The Gilbert Scott Bar and it’s a permanent venue. The garden is a collab with Hendricks and has the St Pancras hotel as it’s backdrop, grass floors and a bathtub to sit in, oh yes it’s quite the venue.

We popped along to check out the cocktails and addictive smoked butter & black pepper popcorn. Our favourite of the bunch was the Meadow Sweet, a mixture of Hendrick’s Gin mixed with Elderflower, Lavender, Apple & Lemongrass, charged with fizz and topped with a lavender sprigg. Not only does this bad boy look lovely it tastes delish too and was the winner of Ginstock 2013!

There’s also a selection of G&T’s which are made using homemade infused tonics for those with a less sweeter tooth. Grab yourself a cocktail and seat in the tub  – you’d never even notice the mayhem just behind the fence!
